A homemade sourdough starter and a ton of trial and error. Our passion for nutrient dense foods have always been our number one priority in life. Which made life challenging when going out to restaurants and coffee shops. We love going to get coffee but disliked the way we felt after. That’s when we decided that doing it ourselves was the best way to be able to enjoy the coffee shop experience without the guilt. Opening a fully organic coffee shop, without the use of pesticides, seed oils, sourcing the very best ingredients that don’t cause inflammation in the body.
